Treston is a salesman and succeeds on sheer volume - but this is quantity over quality. He’s interested in completing deals and not on providing decent service. Our advice; if you’re using Treston to sell your home get agreement upfront on expectations on what open homes he will attend, get agreement that you will be given the opportunity to approve all marketing materials, including photos used on sign and brochure. You decide when you want your open homes and ensure that Treston sticks to your wishes. Treston will tell you that he operates as part of a team, however if this is the case then Roy is the standout player on the team. Treston didn't even show up to most of the open homes, but to be honest his understudy Roy is the one that does most of the leg work and does a stellar job. On top of the marketing costs, the most expensive of several agents we engaged, we did ask ourselves what we were paying Treston for. To be honest, we don’t know why he even put in a bid to sell our home, given he clearly wasn’t interested. Forget about any type of after sales service from Treston, he simply does not care.
