This was our first time selling property and Treston was a pleasure to work with through the sale of our house. He was straight talking, professional and a guru of the realestate world. Despite Jake and his partner only weeks from the birth of his first daughter Polly, Jake couldn’t have been more attentive to the challenge of selling our house. His estimate of the value was spot on, he gave liberally of his time and kept us informed of progress and issues. Just before the house went to auction his last words to me were “You’ve done your job (inspections etc), now I’ll do mine” - he certainly did. The auction price was competitive even in Canberra’s uncertain market. Both Sue and I were very nervous but he continued to reassure us with his confident demeanour.

We appreciated Sebastian's support throughout the whole process - explaining next steps, talking us through our options and providing all sorts of contacts when we needed them (final repairs to the house, styling etc). We valued Sebastian's detailed and up to date knowledge of the Kaleen market and his commitment to being available and putting in the hours.
