Despite Jake and his partner only weeks from the birth of his first daughter Polly, Jake couldn’t have been more attentive to the challenge of selling our house. His estimate of the value was spot on, he gave liberally of his time and kept us informed of progress and issues. Just before the house went to auction his last words to me were “You’ve done your job (inspections etc), now I’ll do mine” - he certainly did. The auction price was competitive even in Canberra’s uncertain market. Both Sue and I were very nervous but he continued to reassure us with his confident demeanour.

We appreciated Sebastian's support throughout the whole process - explaining next steps, talking us through our options and providing all sorts of contacts when we needed them (final repairs to the house, styling etc). We valued Sebastian's detailed and up to date knowledge of the Kaleen market and his commitment to being available and putting in the hours. We cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism of Treston and his team at Ray White. We canvassed a couple of agents before deciding on Treston and decided on him for a number of reasons ;- 1. The initial consult was extremely profession both in the presentation and his manner. 2. The proposal was tailored to our property and not generic. 3. The reporting back processes outlined of the prospective buyers was first rate and was the real clincher. Having decided to go with Treston we were not let down at any stage. Communication was never an issue and that was really important to us as the property was in Canberra and we are in Tweed Heads. Nothing was ever too difficult and we were kept in the loop for the whole time. Treston answered all of my questions and was particularly helpful in setting the reserve. Bottom line - We achieved a great result in today's market and have no hesitation in recommending Treston and his team. We consider him in high esteem and consider him more than our agent.
