Phyllis has been a great agent, from our first enquiries about selling to the final signing. She kept us fully appraised of what was going on and facilitated much of work necessary to prepare the property for sale as we do not live in Canberra. If the final price was lower than we had hoped it does not reflect of Phyllis’ dedication or professionalism but was due to the difficult economic situation in which we were selling.
