Sebastian was actually the agent for my home when i purchased it. I was impressed with his enthusiasm and dealings with him so always considered him for if some day I might sell. So 7 years later when I decided to sell he was the first and only agent I called. He was able to recommend and help organise people for necessary services (staging, building inspections etc) making the whole process very easy.
