Peter was courteous, thorough and always available to talk. He kept me very well informed even though he was extremely busy with managing numbers of sales at the same time. In many ways he went absolutely above and beyond. My only concern was that in the initial contract between me and Peter as salesman of my home was that the final price achieved was some thousands below the bottom of the range Peter had estimated in writing for the sale of the house. The final outcome was very sound but not what I had expected.
