From the first time we met Alex we could tell there was something different about her, she was the most genuine agent we came across when looking to sell our house. Alex had a vision for how our house could look with the right styling and some minor renovations and saw the true potential of our home. Alex was able to provide us with invaluable information and advice when it came time to getting our house ready to sell. Andrew's approach to the sale of our investment property was professional and comprehensive. Andrew and his team managed every aspect of the sale brilliantly. Beyond advertising and assiduous follow-up of potential buyers, Andrew made arrangements for a new tenancy for the incumbent tenant, arranged repairs, gardening, and styling, and tactfully dealt with the neighbours when an issue arose. Andrew even came out at 9 in the evening (in the rain!) to check out the property and talk to the police when a break-in occurred while the house was vacant before sale. Although the sale occurred during the social restrictions of the Covid time, Andrew and his team had a carefully thought through approach to successfully manage this as well. No problems, only solutions. Needless to say, with all this attention to detail, the sale went extremely smoothly and we obtained a price well above expectations for our property.
