Andrew Lonsdale is a true professional. With many years experience he has a canny knack of marketing property. Initially our need was for somebody who listened and understood our issues; and Andrew is a good listener! He did not promise what he could not deliver and so went about with quiet efficiency building a clientele who would be at the auction. Andrew has built around him a team of tradesman - painters, gardeners, and maintenance who we employed to prepare the house for sale, and we were very impressed with their quality of work and pricing; these all expressed their long term loyalty to Andrew. On the few occasions we felt standards had slipped with one supplier Andrew was disappointed and was quick to follow up. Andrew's communication was timely and regular.
