Peter has again delivered another successful marketing campaign for me. From the initial site meeting with Peter it was clear that he was client focused and respected and implemented the client's requirements from inception, throughout the marketing campaign, during auction day and after the fall of the anvil. His marketing strategies were well planned and from what I understand Peter goes well past what would be considered as reasonable in continually seeking new prospective buyers during the marketing campaign. The property was sold within the range of value that I thought was realist in the current real estate market and close to the value that Peter thought the house could achieve.
