Good quality fitting units but fail to reach our first offer price.
Achieve sale with market price or lower in quantity is a good achievement but sale to upmarket buyers with quality and better price is more challenging. It is what I should think about in future development.

Great service
We interviewed 2 other agents before meeting Michael and even though he was based in a different suburb knew where the market sat with our house. He gave us an honest, informative appraisal and since selling that house, we are now using his office to rent another property we own in the same area. I would highly recommend Michael for the service he provided and would definitely use him again.

Experience in the area
We have bought and sold properties in the area between Wilson and Beckenham over the past years and used Michael for all our property transactions. We also had his agency as management agents for a rental property. We have always gone to Michael to act for us in our transactions.
