It was a difficult sale but I was very impressed with Cameron's diligence and persistence until the very end. All the reports were sent back to me with details of all inquiries and follow-ups even when I did not held high hopes. Even though the sale didn't achieve the price I was hoping for, in the end it had reached an agreeable value that I could compromise thanks to Cameron's persistence and not letting go of any opportunity for a sale even with the slightest chance. Cameron was also patient in our dealings as there were a lot of going back and forth between seller and buyer. So congratulations and thanks to Cameron for a job well-done! Cameron was great to deal with. He was very knowledgeable about the market and set the right asking range. As a result we had several offers from the first open home and a sale right in the middle of my selling range.
