Outstanding service
From the first moment I made an enquiry with Erin about the property we purchased, she provided outstanding service. She was punctual for appointments, responsive to text messages and emails, was very patient with our many questions, and went out of her way to find out information for us. As a purchaser, I would highly recommend Erin as an agent. I am keeping her in mind as a selling agent for an investment property I own when I eventually place it on the market.

Service was above and beyond at all times

Excellent and Patient Agent
I bought the property from Nick. During the whole process, he was very patient and answered me all the questions very clearly and quickly. Especially during the inspections after I signed the contract, we did some measurements which took some time and he kindly waited for us to complete. We really appreciate for that. Additionally, we wanted to do earlier settlement and he helped us to contact sellers to change the settlement date. Also, I met Nick for many times during different inpections, so I believe many owners in the suburb trust him and want to appoint him to be the real estate agent to sell their properties. An agent who knows how to close a sale
We decided to downsize and were swamped by agents offering to sell our Carindale home of 22 years. We decided on Nick from Ray White and are glad we did. Nick advised us against spending a huge amount of money upgrading as he stated that our house would definitely appeal to the Chinese market who would prefer to upgrade in their own style. Nick went through the property and advised us on what needed to be done to make the house and surrounds presentable for sale. He also advised that a styling package would make a significant difference to the appearance and enhance the advertising campaign. Nick arranged photographer, advertising, stylist and open house viewings and promoted confidence in myself and my wife that he would deliver us a sale. Three weeks later our home was sold at a good price considering that the market had cooled and buyers had reduced significantly. Nick was always professional and polite. He kept us informed about viewings and potential buyers. Nick truely worked for the seller (us) and I have no hesitation in highly recommending him as the premier agent for Carindale and surrounding suburbs.
