Excellent Agent
Jose Peralta is a trustworthy and genuine agent who went above and beyond to ensure the process of selling our family home of 22 years was as stress free as possible. Awesome Experience

Such a positive experience selling with Nick!
Nick sold our house in Carindale recently, and was very professional, approachable and friendly. Outstanding service
From the first moment I made an enquiry with Erin about the property we purchased, she provided outstanding service. She was punctual for appointments, responsive to text messages and emails, was very patient with our many questions, and went out of her way to find out information for us. Service was above and beyond at all times
Nick was always available to answer any questions I had. Nick provided assistance and support at all stages of the sale even after the contract was signed. He could not have been more helpful and accomodating including after hours. I would very happily recommend Nick.

Excellent and Patient Agent
I bought the property from Nick. During the whole process, he was very patient and answered me all the questions very clearly and quickly. Especially during the inspections after I signed the contract, we did some measurements which took some time and he kindly waited for us to complete. We really appreciate for that. Additionally, we wanted to do earlier settlement and he helped us to contact sellers to change the settlement date. Also, I met Nick for many times during different inpections, so I believe many owners in the suburb trust him and want to appoint him to be the real estate agent to sell their properties.
