An expert who cares about his clients and the result
Jose guidance and advice through the process was extremely valuable. We believe we reached our price goal because of his expertise. His communication through the process was outstanding. Jose really had the care factor. He never gave up and ensured to continually follow up with potentially leads. We were extremely impressed with Mark the Auctioneer too. Excellent Sales Experience
Jose knows..! Wow what an incredible experience.. I can’t recommend Jose enough.! Selling my home of 22 years was an emotional time for me but Jose was extremely sincere & understanding. Even with the seemingly endless obstacles presented, Jose handled every task calmly & with sincerity, and always found a solution. An excellent communicator, professional, honest and he went above and beyond expectations in all areas of the transaction. Results Speak For Themselves, A True Hands On Agent That Delivers.
James has been an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end in the sale of our property in Carina. We first head about James after he achieved a record sale price in our estate and were notified of this by a letterbox drop, I immediately called after reading the sale value he managed to achieve to query him on a few things. He is a confident agent, and well I guess that comes from being a successful one. We needed a bigger home and had for a while, and seeing the result James had achieved on a similar property we started the process of us moving out, renovating and eventually sale of the property. James was there every step of the way, from when we were looking for another place to move to, advice on what to be doing there, to when the renovations came he was hands on and had contacts that helped us get the work done quickly and on budget, to sorting out staging of the property, it really was a team effort from day one and this man isn’t just your run of the mill real estate agent, he gets his hands dirty in the work it takes to go from “I’m considering selling” to “Sold”. We wouldn’t hesitate to call on James’s services in the future, or pass on his details to friends of family members looking for a down to earth, results driven agent that cares about his clients. 10/10 from us is a given, no regrets. Oh, forgot to mention, he set another record in our estate with the sale price of our property, speaks for itself really.
