James stood out as a professional from our first meeting by delivering an up to date report of recently sold houses in our area, in our price range, for comparison. In dealing with quite a few agents over the last few months, in both selling and buying, no-one else showed the same level of professionalism and local market knowledge as James. He supported us until we made the decision to sell some months after that first consultation. There was no hassling, just the occasional reminder that he was available when we were ready for his services. Throughout the sales campaign he kept us fully informed and in the picture. He showed a lot of confidence in his sales strategy and was able to deliver the result we were after. He was very punctual for all open houses and treated us with the utmost respect and patience. He remained after each open house to report numbers of people who attended and to give feedback regarding the house and its potential valuation.

Jose provided numerous video inspections since we were interstate buyers and unable to travel due to Covid. The inspections allowed us to ask many questions and view far more detail than a typical open house. This gave us the confidence to buy sight unseen. Pre-settlement Jose continued to provide regular build updates and communicated any enquiries from the builder. On moving day, Jose even opened the house on a Sunday for the removalists, since they arrived before we did. I don't know many agents that would do that! Even though Jose represents the vendor we found him to be trustworthy and very honest. We highly recommend him.
