He is a confident agent, and well I guess that comes from being a successful one. We needed a bigger home and had for a while, and seeing the result James had achieved on a similar property we started the process of us moving out, renovating and eventually sale of the property. James was there every step of the way, from when we were looking for another place to move to, advice on what to be doing there, to when the renovations came he was hands on and had contacts that helped us get the work done quickly and on budget, to sorting out staging of the property, it really was a team effort from day one and this man isn’t just your run of the mill real estate agent, he gets his hands dirty in the work it takes to go from “I’m considering selling” to “Sold”. We wouldn’t hesitate to call on James’s services in the future, or pass on his details to friends of family members looking for a down to earth, results driven agent that cares about his clients. 10/10 from us is a given, no regrets. Oh, forgot to mention, he set another record in our estate with the sale price of our property, speaks for itself really.
