James is very friendly and helpful. I've dealt properties via agents and all I can say is that I appreciate James's sincere and and comfortable approach. He is so good in his job, as I found that professional conduct is most important in all businesses. He did all in the right way, no matter for a buyer or seller. He made things work properly and easy. He answered all my calls promptly. He knew the market very well and he took all the worry out of me, explained every possible and outlined what I needed to get the best outcome. I was pleased to sell for a good price that I'm happy with.
