Jose is brilliant, he is friendly, professional and very patient. We are located in Sydney and with he help, it made the selling process smoothly and stress free for us! He inspected the property after we contected him and gave us his professional advice about the improvement that needs to be done for the property. He helped us a lot on that and managed to fit all the costs within our budget(he helped us save money by going to the nursery himself, instead of getting the gardener to do that all). Our property looks pretty and totally different after his hard work. He managed to get our property sold within 10 days! Thank you Jose! I dealt mainly with Erin who works in Jose's team. She was the most professional, informative and courteous agent whose knowledge about the new development strata titled apartment that I was purchasing, was above average. She was always friendly and available no matter the reason for my call and answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly related to the purchase. In comparison with a lot of other agents that I had dealings with over the time of finding a new property Erin was outstanding. I spoke to Jose (only briefly) when Erin went on holidays and he was also very approachable and answered my queries promptly and courteously. My whole experience with Ray White and the developers ( Scotmore) was very satisfying.
