Nick Foster is pure gold. He was with us from the moment we decided to renovate our property ahead of selling it. Nick gave us some excellent advice on the areas of the house we should focus on, and others which would have had no bearing on the value of the house, hence saving us a lot of money in the process. When it came time to sell, we placed total faith in Nick's sale process which he has proven to be successful time and time again. And it proved successful for us. Within two weeks of the sign going up, Nick had negotiated a great price and very satisfactory sale conditions. We had settlement within 30 days of contract! Nick is patient, understanding and caring. He communicates effectively and regularly so you always know what's going on. We have no hesitation in recommending Nick.

Jose and Erin have been absolutely fantastic throughout the selling process. Both have well and truly exceeded our expectations with their level of service often going above and beyond to help out and to keep us informed. This ultimately contributed to the property being on the market for only 11 days and the receipt of multiple offers after the first open home!

Outstanding Experience Agent
Nick, Would be the most professional real estate agent we have dealt with over many years.Our family has been actively involved with real estate sales and purchase of properties for a long time. We have never experience an agent who is so down to to earth and has a such a geniune interest for both the seller and the purchaser. Nick provided outstanding service and is available at all times of the day. Old fashion true customer service - which few agents are prepared to undertake in these times.Nothing is to much trouble for Nick, to satisy his customers needs. We really felt that Nick was really keen to look after us as customers. Nothing was to much trouble for Nick.Nick knowledge is outstanding. He really know his product and has excellent local knowledge of the real estate area. Nick provides excellent advise on property presentation and will make all efforts to save his customer's money.
