Gary is an excellent communicator
He is natural and warm and intelligent. He seemed transparent in all dealings and absolutely consistent. It was a long time since I'd bought or sold a property and I felt he did it all and more. He spent time doing dreadful things like helping me get old things away from the house then coming back for more. He was enthusiastic about my beautiful home and sad for me when the first contract fell through. He speaks in a gentle, considered manner which can only help put one at perfect ease. He always looked gorgeous so it was a pleasure. We are still conferring on anything I wonder about and I feel I'm in excellent hands.
