When we decided to list our property for sale we interviewed a few agents. It came down to Nick and another agent. We decided to go with the other agent because we thought Nick was too much of a nice guy. While we had interest the house didn't sell. Nick kept in contact all along so when the initial term ran out we instantly swapped over to Nick and he had it sold in a couple of weeks. He is a nice guy but don't let that fool you, he is also very good at his job, and he is honest with both the seller and buyer and kept in touch all the way. He also knows the area inside out because he lives there. We would highly recommend Nick Foster and would definitely use him as our agent next time. Thanks again Nick. Nick knew our area very well and has a better appreciation of market values in our area than other agents I had approached.
