Very pleasant person

Ok agent nick
I wasn't going to write a review - but sick of getting emails every week asking for one Nick gave us incorrect advice - told us not to do the repairs to our roof - it will sell - then gave us an indication - no problems getting people through - all looks at the repairs needed and walked away We ended up selling for alot less than he told us He think he over prices to get the business - we could of got so much more if we had of done the repairs as he definately brought traffic to our door - always communicated with us though - which was great - and was a nice guy

Fanatastic knowledge and Experience as an agent
I would highly recommend Nick to anyone wanting to sell their property as he was very professional, honest and efficient in selling my house and I am happy I hired him to do the sale.
