I'm so glad I used Nick Foster to sell my much-loved home. He gave us helpful tips beforehand to help us prepare our house and garden for market - what needed a touch of paint, a bit of modernizing, etc. He was honest yet optimistic about what price we could get for our house, and he worked hard to get us this price. Nick and his team were always at our home at least 20 mins before Open Houses, perfectly dressed in their suits (even in hot December weather!), checking that everything was ready, and Nick stayed back after the Open House to give us feedback and valuable advice. He followed up every option for us, even into the evening on weekends. He dealt with all the necessary paperwork involved with the sale, making the process as easy as possible for us. I would highly recommend Nick as an agent to sell any house - he is polite, honest, knows the area and the industry thoroughly, and has a great sense of humour and a big smile that puts everyone at ease. Thanks so much Nick!

When we decided to list our property for sale we interviewed a few agents. It came down to Nick and another agent. We decided to go with the other agent because we thought Nick was too much of a nice guy. While we had interest the house didn't sell. Nick kept in contact all along so when the initial term ran out we instantly swapped over to Nick and he had it sold in a couple of weeks. He is a nice guy but don't let that fool you, he is also very good at his job, and he is honest with both the seller and buyer and kept in touch all the way. He also knows the area inside out because he lives there. We would highly recommend Nick Foster and would definitely use him as our agent next time. Thanks again Nick. It's our pleasure to give you a good review.

We chose Nick Foster for the above reasons. He did not disappoint us but worked with us from thinking about selling to renovating to marketing to signing that magic contract. He always gave his time and knowledge to support us through this process. It works to your advantage to have a real estate agent with many years of experience selling in your local area. he always communicated with at each step in the process. THANKS NIC for taking the stress out of such an important event in our lives.

Nick handed all the issues that arose during the purchase. He guided the vendors to a good conclusion. Nick communicated well and kept us informed of any and all progress. The bottle of Champagne and key ring at the end was a nice touch. Thanks Nick!
