We highly recommend Nick Foster to anyone wishing to sell their property
Nick was engaged to sell our Acreage at Chandler in Brisbane. We engaged Nick because we had previous success through him selling our deceased mothers home in Carindale for the beneficiaries. In both cases, Nick gave excellent advice on the local market, the suitability of the properties for that market, a sales history for the area and suggested a marketing strategy for the campaign. He was successful in selling both properties for us, and achieved a fair price, which was within our target range. Throughout the campaign, Nick gave us excellent communication on the results of his open houses and sales enquiries, the advertising was very professional as was his manner at all times. We have no hesitation in recommending Nick to anyone wishing to sell their property.

Always on top of things
If you are looking for an honest and accurate market appraisal and the agent with the know how to sell your property Nick should be your agent. From the first meeting he was upfront with us with no frills attitude. I found him extremely professional, polite and hard working. Sale of 19 Ewer Street Carindale
We owned an iconic property with a value well above the market average so we expected it would be difficult to sell. Nick did a fantastic job and negotiated a deal that suited both parties in record time. The FIRB involvement made it more complex than normal but it all went through with Nick guiding both parties through the deal. Highly recommend Nick to anyone in a similar situation.

Great Result
I have known Nick Foster for well over 10 years. I have always found Nick well informed on the Carindale market. He has always been willing to give his advice on other properties even if he's not handling them. Nick sold my home in Carindale in February 2016 (great result) he is the real deal, a soldier on the front line selling , working hard, no nonsense and he tells it like it is. I had a bad experience with another agent and in comparison Nick is a breath of fresh air and the ally you want on your side when selling. I fully recommend Nick Foster, well done !

Excellent purchase experience
I found Nick to be an extremely experienced and friendly real estate agent. By dealing with Nick, I would feel that I want to buy a house from him, because he turned it into a very happy purchase experience. He is honest and he treats buyers with respect. During my 4 months of house hunting, I've met a lot of agents and some of them did leave bitter taste in my mouth. Finding a dream house can be a long and difficult process, sometimes all it takes to ruin the experience is to meet a bad agent. Nick is definitely one of the best agents I have dealt with in Brisbane. I was lucky I happened to find the right house with the right agent.
