As we were to sell and re-purchase in Carindale, we attended many open homes. Yes to visit and assess the homes, but also to surreptitiously 'interview' the agents, as we were yet to choose one. Whenever our paths crossed at one of these open homes, Nick impressed with his knowledge of the local and Brisbane market, and also by being very respectful of his seller and their property.
