Excellent communicator, hard working, great price.

Great Guy and even better Agent
I have spoken with Jose over several years to get his advice on property and only this year decided to sell our investment townhouse. He provided us with a full rundown of the process and provided us with his marketing / sales timeline, which was very accurate in the end. Jose was extremely helpful in arranging trades and staging to get the property ready for sale and took all of the stress out of the process for us. We achieved above our target price and could not recommend Jose higher to anyone looking to sell (or buy) in the Camp Hill or surrounding areas.

A man of his word

Good process; great outcome
Nick conducted the sale process for our home in a calm and controlled way. He organised the 'staging' people as well arranging a last minute property 'measurement' person when the initial person (who I arranged) failed to perform. The outcome of the auction exceeded our expectations, as there was sufficient bidders to make it competitive.
