I met Nick in another suburb but have forged a good relationship from his trustable honest opinions and when coming to sell engaged him to sell our investment in an area outside of his operating locality. He kindly agreed to take on the listing and worked hard to identify appropriate buyers and negotiated well to secure us a sale in a more difficult marketplace.
