"Your property has been leased $20/w above the listing price" We just received a message from our rental agent - been impressed Ray White Carlingford leasing team again ! This is the second investment property we leased through Ray White Carlingford. The unit at Parramatta was with another agent last year & been vacant more than 8 weeks. Previous agent was not able to rent it out. After we moved it to Ray White Carlingford, Siobhan Robinson suggested us to do some renovation on the unit once she inspected the property：new painting and replace old carpet with floor board. The team also arranged quotes for us, engaged with tradesman to get all jobs done efficiently in most cost effective way. The unit was rented out & new tenant moved in within a week ! During our last 2 years experience with Ray White Carlingford, the whole Property Management team has been amazing and helpful. Teresa Gow managed all bill payment & always make sure rental income credit to our account on time. Lulu Liu inspected properties regularly in detail, ensured tenant maintained properties in good condition & she also liaised with tradesman to fix any issues promptly. Siobhan Robinson did great job marketing and promotion. Peter Gow was always very patient whenever we had any question about local market or development issues based on his comprehensive knowledge & professionalism.
