Very Knowledgeable
Thank you to Ray White Carlingford for looking after us from buying a property to leasing it out. Special mention to Nathan Circosta for helping negotiate with the buyer and securing a deal and Siobhan Robinson for finding a tenant off market within a day of signing the property with her. The team is very knowledgeable and thorough with everything and kept me well informed in the process.

Leased it at the first open home
Tenants willing to pay more...YES...more then the asked rental to secure the property. What a great leasing experience! What helped was Siobhan Robinson's, enthusiasm to have the carpet riped up and new floor boards through out the unit.
