Matt's market knowledge, communication skills and professionalism was the main reason for the great result achieved at auction. His communication skills were the highlight of the open house given the fantastic numbers coming through but more importantly, the great follow-up with the potential buyers. This was clearly reflected in the numbers of registered bidders at the auction. This could only have happened through great communication, organisation and his professionalism. Matt has great market knowledge and he always communicated these to me over the time. All in all, a great experience.
