Having to sell mums home, we put out some feelers to different agents in the Carlingford area. Straight away Matt Leong hit a cord with us, he impressed us with his knowldege and understanding of the area and how to sell the property. Matt is a very proactive young man, once we signed with Ray White, Matt set out a marketing strategy, organised the renovation works that we wanted carried out, oganised the photography and staging then pulled it all together so that we had a property ready to go on the market. While he was doing this he also constantly kept us in the loop as to what was going on and when, even if he thought there maybe an issue, he would discuss it with us so that we always felt like we were part of the process. Once the property was put on the market, Matt stepped up another gear with his energy and enthusiasm, having set showing days or private showings, Matt was always upbeat and engaging. Again Matt always kept us in the loop about numbers coming through, potential purchasers, discussing with us the market vibe so that we could come up with a realistic and informed decision on market pricing. Leading up to the auction, Matt introduced us to the Auctioneer who explained the auctioning process and possible scenarios come auction night so that there were no hidden surprises and we were well informed as to what was happening. After that, the rest is history, after all his hard work Matt secured a very satisfactory price for us to which we are very grateful. Of course Matt does not work alone, behind him he has a great team of people at Ray White Carlingford who were also very supportive and ready to assist in anyway they could and also contributed to making the selling of mums home a very positive experience. Would we use Ray White Carlingford again or recommend them - we most certainly would. Great work Matt and thank you once again.
