The communication with the whole process of my rental wasn’t consistent, have never had this experience with you people before. I also think a departmental manager of rentals, should respond to a call I made to discuss my dissatisfaction, I called back a 2bd time to speak to Nicola, quite poor and she tells me she couldn’t understand my message when I called.

The agent has been very helpful and quick to answer queries regarding the house before moving in. Processing of the accomodation has been done with ease and in a timely manner. In the future to come, it will be great to receive other assistance if required throughout the length of stay.
