Easy transition into my rental. Nicola was very helpful and succinct in what steps were to be taken when moving in. Property manager Chris was friendly, obliging and contacted me regularly with updates regarding the property. I’m really enjoying living in my new home. Thanks Ray White Cheltenham!

The communication with the whole process of my rental wasn’t consistent, have never had this experience with you people before. I also think a departmental manager of rentals, should respond to a call I made to discuss my dissatisfaction, I called back a 2bd time to speak to Nicola, quite poor and she tells me she couldn’t understand my message when I called.

The agent has been very helpful and quick to answer queries regarding the house before moving in. Processing of the accomodation has been done with ease and in a timely manner. In the future to come, it will be great to receive other assistance if required throughout the length of stay.

Ray White is very professional and took into account the type of tenant required for our property. We soon realised that not all prospective tenants would be suitable and Ray White were respectful with the tenants put forward. Well done Ray White for a job well done!
