The agents are incredibly friendly. We have dealt with Lilly at the end of our tenancy who is on the ball and very responsive. Which I appreciate considering previously we didn't have any. However previous agent lacked communication. I was not notified of change of property managers. I didn't find our last one to be friendly or helpful.

Was given insufficient information regarding the receiving of keys on the 11th and no assistance offered to my daughter on entering or showing her to the apartment. Would rather not deal with Lily if given a choice

The process Ray White gave me I found was very exceptional. From the moment I applied for my property to the moment I got handed the key I felt like I had been given a 5 star service from the people of Ray White Cheltenham. The leasing consultant Miroslava kept me in the loop every step of the way. Her communication and customer service skills were some of the best I've ever come across in an agent and would be a pleasure to do business with her and Ray White again.

I had a great experience leasing a property through Ray White Cheltenham. The leasing team was very friendly and knowledgeable at the inspection, and the application process was really fast with great communication throughout. The property manager also met with us at the property to hand over the keys which I thought was a nice touch. I would highly recommend their services
