Dylan was terrific throughout the whole campaign
Dylan was terrific throughout the whole campaign and even prior. His knowledge of the market is great, the amount of communication was exceptional. We were always kept well informed right up to & after the event. Dylan was up to date with any market movement & has a keen eye for any potential buyers. We got an amazing result with the sale of our property and it came down to Dylan & his team. I would highly recommend engaging Dylan for any sales campaign.

A class act!
We conducted a thorough selection process when deciding to sell our house in Cheltenham. Kevin and his team stood out immediately from the initial contact with him and this continued through to the high quality promotional materials, excellent communication and 5 week sales campaign. We felt the team had an extra edge that is difficult to define but comes from people who are passionate about what they do and are invested in not just the outcome, but the people they are working with. The level of communication was excellent - frequent, direct and honest and by the day of auction, we felt confident that we had all done everything we could have to ensure a successful result. Kevin uses a very consultative approach and appears genuinely interested in people - not just outcomes. He is knowledgeable and skillful in his profession and has a great sense of humour - essential in what could be a stressful situation! Nothing was too much trouble for the team and on auction day, the calm and professional approach made us feel that every base had been covered. We were very happy with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend Kevin and his team.

Great Service
Kevin and his team managed the entire sale process of our house while we were interstate, so there were lots of elements that had to be done remotely. They made the process low-stress and low effort for us. We appreciated that the auction was filmed live so we could track the full event, and all the digital communication, digital signing and weekly updates. Given that we couldn't prepare the house and garden for each open ourselves as a live-in owner would, the team went up and above to even sweep the decks and ensure everything was tidy. Thanks again.

When deciding to sell our home, we were confident in selecting Kevin Chokshi above the other agents in the area because of his excellent marketing and people skills. Kevin and his team used all advertising opportunities to promote our home online and the communication and feedback through the campaign was extremely thorough and detailed. Kevin showed remarkable skill in the overall sale process and in his ability to negotiate and communicate with potential buyers. He displayed empathy to both parties (vendor and potential buyers) and emulated great positivity, even in the most stressful situations! Kevin certainly went over and beyond when it came to crunch time, working very hard to get the purchasers of our home, to an acceptable sale price. Stron Knowledge of the local area
Genevieve had a strong knowledge of our local area, and we'd noticed she's had success in our immediate area. As our home was in a rather niche position, Genevieve's suggestions regarding photographs, styling and open times played an important role in attracting the "right" buyer to our home. Genevieve was always open and honest regarding pricing and at the end, during the negotiations was always prompt with her communications. We're extremely happy with the service from Genevieve and the team.

Magician auctioneer and agent
Kevin and his team were a wonderful support with insightful advice through the whole campaign. His team worked tirelessly to gather and service the potential buyers and gave us unbiased clarity on how the campain was progressing. Kevin was totally professional to the highest standards. However, you really must understand, Kevin is a magician auctioneer as a live auction negotiator. He negotiated a buyer up over 120k in the live auction without people bidding against her, well past out reserve price. This sort of thing is a Kevin Chockshi special and you won't get it from any old agent. He worked with great skill and is committed to get you the best possible result.
