Generally... Very good. Staff always polite and answered my enquiries efficiently. I have a few concerns that l would like to raise and will be doing so in the next week or so. Feel that my experience would have been more positive if a walk through with a rep at the time of handover could have been complete... Understand staffing and time constraints... but have since located issues that l do not want to be held responsible for... Will advise shortly... I dropped off some mail for previous tenant in Saturday was promptly approached by receptionist as she arrived at was taken care of well.
