Mirsi and Indiana have been fabulous in assisting me in finding a suitable rental and ensuring all of the paperwork was finalised within a week so that I could move in. I used Ray White Cheltenham as my leasing agent when my long term tenant left unexpectedly. I found both Damien and Mirsi both extremely efficient and professional in detailing what their agency would provide for me. In a matter of weeks a new suitable tenant had been organised and 4 weeks bond paid with money forwarded immediately to my account. In this short period of time I found communication and feedback from their office was constant, valuable and informative. We recently leased our property through Ray White Cheltenham and it was our first time going through this process. The team at Ray White really went above and beyond to answer our queries and questions and to make us feel looked after. We also felt that our property was in good hands which was something really important to us. We liaised with Damien regularly leading up to the property being leased and Damien was absolutely lovely to work with, ever so responsive, always available to chat and to work through our questions and just made the entire process smooth. We have since started liaising with Mikaela and she is equally lovely. We would recommend Ray White as an agency, especially for their professionalism and customer service.
