So far so good..
Good agency overall, small teething problems around trying to find suitable times to see the property after paying 1st months rent & not everything being provided by the agency either having to followup or find out information through another source. Being new to the renting game its not as seamless as I thought, however overall good.

Reliable professionalism
We have been using Ray White Cheltenham to manage our Heatherton property for about 15 years and have never had cause to regret engaging their services or consider looking elsewhere. Recently, our former tenants vacated the property and the RWC team was able to quickly source a new tenant meaning no loss of rental income. During the process, our property manager Chris kept us fully informed throughout and the new tenant occupied the premises with the minimum of fuss. I recommend Ray White Cheltenham to anyone seeking property management services in the area.
