From the initial meeting we impressed with both his general knowledge and deep insights into the Cheltenham real estate market. We signed up knowing that the plan he put forward should be followed to the letter, which is what we did. Engaging a stylist to present the house, video presentation, brochures and online presence exposed our property to countless more people than we expected. This was reflected in the number of people who came to the home opens. It was a short sharp campaign from a highly experienced team led by Kevin. All interactions and communications were on time and above expectations. Auction day itself was an amazing experience. A huge crowd with seven active bidders which Kevin kept engaged throughout. The final two bidders brought the final sale price to a much higher price than our expectations. We would highly recommend Kevin and his team to any prospective sellers.

After meeting and discussing the sale of our property with several agents in the area, Angela by far worked the hardest to win our business. We attended an open home and auction where Kevin was the auctioneer. We fell in love with his ability to be open, honest, respectful and knowledgeable through this process.
