After a significant amount of research and having experienced their level of service when buying our new house, we put our trust in Kevin to sell our current property and couldn't be happier! Kevin and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. The weekly vendor reports in particular were a standout, as they gave us an indication of what the buyers were thinking (including price range). The team were in constant communication throughout the campaign, including providing updates after every open for inspection. We were very impressed with Kevin's skills on auction day, and his ability to clearly communicate the value of our property, as well as manage the bids to extract as much value as possible for us. The cherry on top was one of Kevin's team calling on us on the Sunday after the auction (on what I am sure was her day off) to congratulate us on the sale of the property again.
