I chose Kevin for the sale of my property as I’d heard nothing but good things about him. I first spoke to Kevin a few years earlier when I was thinking about selling and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Then when I was ready to sell I got in contact with him as I felt very comfortable with him from our previous conversations. Kevin and his team put together a very strong advertising campaign that I was very confident with. I was given regular updates on how the sale of the property was going. Immediate updates after every open for inspection and weekly meetings. By the time it was auction day, all the hard work was done and there was a decent turnout to auction with 4 bidders and fantastic result. Kevin was a very confident and professional auctioneer that knows how to work a crowd. If I was to sell in the future I would definitely be calling Kevin and couldn’t recommend him anymore. My highlight (apart from the great sale) would be the communication. Oh and the personalised dog bowls for our 2 dogs.
