My wife Carolyn and I bought a unit from Benjamin Williams some 13 years ago. The sale went through without a hitch and we were very happy with the unit for 13 years. My circumstances changed in 2021 and I had to sell two units in Kangaroo Point. Ben helped.me sold both at an incredible percentage over market value. He is one of the most intuitive, astute and capable agents I know. At times he can be persistent during the sale process but the financial returns speak for themselves. Over the 13 years he kept in contact, but never intrusively. I can't recommend him too highly.

Benjamin sold us our original unit in about 2009. He has always kept informally in touch. I asked him to sell unit 14 of 75 Thorn St. At first I was initally concerned about his forthright, yet friendly approach in relation to preparation for the sale, but I followed his advice to the letter. The result was a unit sale over $20,000 above the prevailing market price for basic prepared units. This is a great and pleasing result and allowed me to buy the next home that I wanted.

Ben gave great advice in positioning and pricing the sale of my CBD apartment. He helped me resolve small maintenance and presentation issues with the apartment so we sailed through due diligence when we signed a conditional contract. My contract went unconditional ahead of time. I signed an exclusive contract with Ben at top of the market agency fees, but I got price above my bottom line expectation which was in excess of his fee. So he was worth it. Ben has a deep understanding of the CBD market and can help navigate the nuances that market to help a seller achieve a better than expected outcome.

Without any doubt, Ben has the most knowledge in the market regarding this particular building, the history, the owners etc. The amount of hard work he put into attracting buyers was evident.
