We couldn't be happier with our experience with Ray White Coburg. Raphael, with the help of little bro Gebran, were outstanding and went over and above our expectations. Their patience was evident from the beginning, waiting well over a year from our first meeting to the day we eventually decided to sell. Raph and Geb visited us countless times to check in and were the antithesis of the pushy real estate stereotype. Their commitment was on display from the moment the campaign began, and Raph's passion and enthusiasm was infectious. (Even though we had to say no to his request to dress up as Darth Vader - long story, ask Raph.) Raph and Geb conducted themselves with honesty, straightforwardness, and enthusiasm. Raph could somehow recall almost every house he'd sold in our area over the years, further illustrating his knowledge of the local market. Our twilight auction, and the hour-long pre-auction open house, was Raph's brainchild and ended up being the biggest event our street has seen in years! The entire Ray White team (and some of their kids) chipped in on the day to elevate the experience for everyone. Nazih swapped his Director title for an apron and manned the BBQ with help from Andreas, Saha cooked Marshmallows over the fire-pit for the kids, while Raphael, Gebran, Haitham, and Shelby worked the crowd; buyers or otherwise, like total professionals. The marketing was pitch perfect. We had a specific style in which we wanted our house to be presented in copy, stills, and video, and the team absolutely nailed the brief. The video content created by Abba; their gun marketing manager, was next-level. Abba brought ideas to the digital campaign that would not have occurred to me, and his editing displayed impressive attention to detail, and expert tone of voice. Thank you Abba for the time and energy you put into all the work you did Our house meant the world to us, and we are incredibly grateful to Raphael and the entire team at Ray White.
