Raphael and his team are popular for good reason. They’re incredibly hard working and dedicated. I went to a few opens to test out some agents before selecting Ray White and none came close on follow-up timeliness or thoroughness. Raphael was supportive throughout the sale process and available whenever we needed him. Geb and Shelby were also very impressive and a great help to us at times. Having Naz and Haitham with us on auction day was also greatly appreciated. Highly recommend.

Raphael was fantastic in selling our house. We had purchased our new house with a 90 day settlement and so were in a bit of a hurry to sell. Raphael gave us a clear timeline and advised us with renovations and presentation that would help us to sell. He project managed, getting us quotes from trusted tradespeople so we had less to worry about. He kept meticulous records of the people who had been to inspect our house which helped with setting a realistic reserve based on the feedback on our house.
