Christian's knowledge of the market was spot on. He assisted me with all aspects of repairing and updating the property to an excellent standard. The tradespeople he recommended did a professional job. I was able to communicate with Christian at all sort of ungodly hours and he never complained. When the property was finally on display we had multiple buyers making offers and Christian guided us to accepting the most secure and genuine offer. The entire process was simply seamless!

We started out with trepidation, intense anxiety and fear. We had decided to sell our family home. It was time to close this chapter, a chapter that had seen our two children grow up and our family experience so many happy memories. We ‘interviewed’ a few agents. A lot of promises….. yes…. but who could we really trust. Who would look after our family’s most valuable asset? In walks Christian… he has a calm demeanour yet a firm approach. We decided to list with Christian and Stone Real Estate. Still there were concerns….. would we be coerced to sell at a lesser price than we wanted, just so he could quickly put commission money in his pocket? Will our ‘comfortable price’ mark be ‘talked down? I can assure you our concerns did not come to fruition, and I can happily say none of our worst fears happened, they didn’t even come close. Each week Christian would bring buyers through our home. He was willing to do this until the right buyer walked through….. which took some time….. but Christian did it all with a smile and an air of confidence and never once motioned the idea to us of taking less than our ‘comfortable price’. Nothing was ever a problem for Christian which eased the pressure on us during this important and instrumental time for our family. Christian was humble in his approach as a real estate professional but when it came time to getting ‘down to business’ Christian ignited and it was lovely and reassuring feeling to have from where we sat. We ALWAYS felt like we were Christian’s only customers, even though he had many other homes on the market throughout our campaign. He gave us his full attention and service. No question was every silly and his full support was present throughout. I can wholeheartedly and sincerely say if you are thinking of selling property, whatever the situation may be, my husband and I can altruistically and without reservation recommend Christian Leung and the Stone Five Dock team to you.
