Christian and his team were absolute professionals from the get go. I have found Christian to be polished yet very personable. Communication has been impeccable and timely; different means of communication were used. However, most of all Christian had been honest and realistic in his approach and strategy. He was able to understand my position and my many unusual requests without batting an eyelid. Christian was great from start to finish.He was open and honest throughout the campaign and talked us through the whole process. He always made time for us and took the time to discuss our campaign, answer any questions and provide feedback from potential buyers. He also provided twice weekly vendor reports including vital information relating to our property and detailed summaries of inspections, property enquires and interested parties.
