
Our initial property manager was a nightmare. She didn't show up to the property for the initial walk through. We made sure to take photos of everything. After raising this with her, she said the walk through was done prior to our moving in. She also forgot to issue a water invoice to us, and then proceeded to call us and email us when it was overdue. Then when I told her we hadn't received an invoice, she rudely proclaimed over the phone,by cutting me off mid sentence, that we had gotten reminder emails. Which we hadn't. After escalating this issue it was sorted fairly quickly by someone else, and the owner himself who I believe is a much better communicator. Our new property manager is excellent, communicates clearly and effectively. Our experience was rocky at the start, but great now.
