From my first phone call with Rochelle, I knew I had found the right property manager & management team for our investment property. As interstate investors, we relied on the RayWhite team to assist with our end of build process, defect inspections and handover of property through to finding our tenant. We had some difficult time with tenants and previous property managers at our property in Upper Coomera and were looking for someone who can give better service. Given that we have full time work, it becomes difficult for us to dedicate time for property matters. We have good experience with Ray White in Melbourne who manage our property there and that’s why we decided to try out RayWhite in UC to see if things become any different, for good. From day one, there was better communication and we were given timely appraisal of the condition of the property. Things that required immediate attention were called out and fixed. The property was visited regularly by the PM and a condition report was provided to us. I would specifically like to call out Chanette from Raywhite UC who has been of exceptional help to us. After shifting to Raywhite, one thing that we have now is peace of mind. Highly recommended!

When I say Brady went more than above and beyond for me to get me a home in a matter of days I truely mean it! He’s been nothing but supportive, friendly and so so accommodating and I am incredibly grateful! He’s always gotten back to my messages and requests in a matter of hours if not minutes! Keeping me updated on move in dates and everything else. I could not recommend going through Brady enough ! Thank you again so so much !

If you are struggling to find a house on the Gold Coast, you really need Rochelle! She found me the perfect home in one go, and got me approved as soon as I had submitted the paperwork.
