After careful consideration and multiple quotes from other agents, I decided to go with Ray White and I had the pleasure of working with Kelly Fernandez.. I couldn't be more impressed with her professionalism and dedication in renting out my property. Kelly provided exceptional service and ensured the entire process was smooth and stress-free. She was always available to answer my questions and offered valuable advice on everything pertaining to my property. Her communication was clear, timely, and thorough, keeping me informed at every stage. I highly recommend Kelly and Ray White Alliance for anyone looking to rent out their property. Her attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent results truly set her apart. Thank you, Kelly and Cameron (who did the opens) for making the experience so positive!

Whilst in the process of relocating to QLD we contacted the team regarding a rental after being referred by a friend and spoke to Cameron. He was super helpful and so easy to deal with and we secured a place the same day. Finding a rental can be often stressful and he took the stress out of this, his communication throughout the application press was great. Very happy tenants 😀
