We recently had the pleasure of working with Rochelle from Ray White Alliance, and I can't speak highly enough about her service and our experience. As interstate investors, we faced a complex process with the settlement and handover of our new property purchased from another agency. Rochelle stepped up and made everything super smooth and stress-free. From the initial stages of buying to the subsequent leasing and property management, Rochelle was nothing short of amazing. Her communication was consistently clear and timely, keeping us informed every step of the way. She exceeded all our expectations by getting the property promptly listed and securing a fantastic rental price. Rochelle’s dedication and professionalism truly set her apart, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone that is looking for someone who really knows their stuff and just makes the whole process easy. 5 stars is simply not enough, thank you Rochelle, for going above and beyond!

I would rate them 10/10 especially Brady. He worked hard and was persistent to get a good outcome for us. I have no doubts that this engagement will be a long term one and will be beneficial to both the parties.

They were very professional in dealing with a property purchase. Afterwards, we engaged them to do the rental as an investment property, they were very helpful in assisting the transition with online inspections, fixing some small issues, engaging contractors, etc.
