Shane is impressive, but just as impressive as Shane himself is the team he has backing him. One example was when we requested at 5pm on a Sunday afternoon that our house photos be rearranged on the website. Within 5 minutes I had a reply from the team, and within 20 minutes the changes had already been actioned. That level of responsiveness genuinely surprised me. Shane mentioned he has been in real estate for over a decade, and it absolutely shows through his thoughtful communication style. He never overpromised, but was always aiming to overdeliver. At no point during the sale process did we feel pressured, and we never felt there was any dishonesty or withholding of information. Their communication throughout the process was excellent.
