I think the auctioneer could have squeezed a little more juice from the orange by switching to smaller bid offers closer to the end. I recommend sellers negotiate a sliding scale for the sales commission, rewarding outstanding performance and saving if the hype does not meet reality. We live interstate, but communication via a WhatsApp chat group worked perfectly for us.
