We sold our investment property with Shayla. She took care of everything, kept us up to date on what was happening & we could call her at anytime. We really appreciate the extra mile she went for us & you can tell how much she cares. If you want a genuine honest agent, call Shayla!

Knowledge of the market was highly exceptional. Her assistance on buying of the property was crucial, couldn’t have done it without her.

We spoke to several agents and decided to go with Trish as we not only felt very comfortable with her, but watched her auctions and couldn’t believe what we saw. Other agents auctions don’t come anywhere near her amazing ability to connect with the buyers knowing all along she is working to get every dollar for the owner and I mean every dollar. We got an awesome result and can’t thank Trish and the rest of the team for their support and hard work throughout. Truly number 1 in our eyes!

Trish is absolutely amazing. Was honest from the start and gave the best advice. We interviewed many agents and eventhough Trish and the team were not the cheapest, she is by far the best. My friend was selling with another agent at the same time and even they were blown away by the way the whole team worked to get every cent on auction day. They were spewing they didn't get Trish out especially after they saw her auctioneer skills. We're still pinching ourselves. Thank you so much Trish.

Shayla provided outstanding services. As I reside in another state, she arranged everything needed with cost competitive providers. It was a buyers market and Shayla managed very well the final negotiations of the property sale.

Trish worked with us to sell our investment property. Trish was professional, warm relaxed but on the ball, responsive to any of our queries. Trish gave us appropriate feedback on the preparation of the property. Trish and her team provided excellent feedback from our open houses and guided us through to the auction which was brought forward based on Trish's reading of the potential buyers. We were very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend.
