Trish has helped us sell our home in as little as 4 weeks (auction). She has guided us through the sale process as this was the first time we sold a home, and kept us up to date with all that was happening. After each open she called us to say how many people came through, what they thought of the property and whether they were interested or not. By evening usually we would have a written report of it, with names of the people who went through the property and their intent. I was really surprised to get calls and emails from Trish way after the working hours of their office was over. I felt that she worked extremely hard to get the best possible price for our home. Trish is a wonderful person to deal with who will actually return your calls when you ring. We dealt with a number of other real estates and honestly you wouldn't feed them with a Shangai.
